Previously, you could only access the Question form through the home page. I added the Report a Problem widget at the bottom right, which shouldn't be affected by problems with the other forms, thereby allowing you to actually report a problem.... Other bugs have been patched: - Fixed the GIS Requests menu link to always bring you back to the Request options - Fixed an issue where users were not being added to the Participants field correctly - Fixed an error where the same user could not be added to both the Point of Contact and Participants fields - Changed the Request titles - Reorganized the code which no one will ever see Regards, Eric Sadowski ### Version 1.0 Released 2022-12-27 The GIS Map Request forms are now live and working! I released the forms to a handful of fellow WSSI employees in hopes of working out any bugs and formatting changes.  A number of changes have been made so far: - Customer creation issues in the Point of Contact field - Special character conflicts in the Additional Details field - Field description changes - Department name updates I appreciate everyone's feedback and especially their patience as I worked through these fixes.
